Jeanne Crane is the Regional Director of Group Sales, Southeast Region, for Posadas USA, featuring Fiesta Americana, Grand Fiesta Americana and Live Aqua Hotels. She is responsible for strategic group sales growth from ten southeastern states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. She has been with Posadas for the past 15 years. As part of her responsibilities, her duties include building product and brand awareness as well as strengthening partnerships within the industry. She has been instrumental in contract negotiations, and has a vast amount of experience acting as intermediary between her hotels and her customers in every aspect of tactical event planning. Prior to joining Posadas, she was Regional Director of Sales for Princess Hotels International for 14 years. Her hotel career began with Sheraton Hotels in Orlando, Florida prior to moving to Atlanta to take over the Southeast territory for Sheraton International. Jeanne is an active member of the Georgia MPI.
Harold has been with Hotelera Posadas since June 2006 as Regional Director of Group Sales for the Mid-Atlantic Region, and also handles the States of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio. He brings over 25 years of experience in the meetings industry. Prior to Hotelera Posadas, Harold spent 15 years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC in various sales positions with his last post as Director of National Accounts for The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. Harold holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida International University and is a member of PCMA and MPI.
Regina has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She began her career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in group sales to include The Ritz-Carlton, Naples; The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun; The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach and Hotel Arts Barcelona. For the past 10 years she has been handling group sales in the Northeast and Canada for Fiesta Americana Hotels & Resorts of Mexico and Live Aqua Hotels & Resorts of Mexico. In her role with Grupo Posadas as Regional Director of Groups for the Northeast and applying her expertise of Mexico, she is dedicated to making sure all her customers are met with exceptional service
Ms. Kwiatkowski has over 17 years of experience in the industry with her first 11 years spent on the buyer’s side as a meeting and incentive event planner in Chicago. She then joined the supplier side within the industry and has worked for the past 6 years for some of the major hotel companies selling both domestic and international destinations. With her previous experiences and currently having the role as the Regional Director of Groups Sales Midwest at Fiesta Americana Hotels and Resorts, Ms. Kwiatkowski truly understands all sides of the business. She is a passionate and dedicated person who will stop at nothing to be an amazing partner for all of your Mexico needs. Kelli is an active member of SITE Chicago and Minnesota.
Casimiro or “Casey”, as his clients and friends call him, is the newest member of the team. He has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry, focusing on the meetings and incentives segments in the last 10 years. Previously he worked for Melia, Westin, Camino Real and Hyatt Hotels. He started his hotelier career at the Grand Fiesta Americana Guadalajara Country Club in his hometown and worked for Posadas for over 10 years. Casey is considered an expert in Mexico Tourism, meetings and incentives and has a inimitable passion for Mexican hospitality. In his position as Regional Director or Sales for Posadas in the Central South USA, Casimiro offers his clients the best advice possible for meetings throughout Mexico. He is an active member of MPI and SITE and has served on the Board of Directors for SITE TX Chapter in various occasions. In his free time, he loves to camp and be outdoors, and spend time with his family in Mexico. Casey is also a “Taco” connoisseur and makes a mean Paella. His 2 favorite words: Gracias & Bienvenido!
Rebecca Riggs brings a wealth of knowledge and meeting and incentive experience to Posadas USA. She has been in the hotel industry since 1993, with a focus on the West Coast Market including major blue chip technology companies since 1998. Her experience includes positions as a National Sales Manager at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV and began selling Mexico in 2003 with Starwood Hotels & Resorts of Mexico. She joined the Posadas family in 2008.
Diego has over 12 years of experience in the M.I.C.E. market starting as a conference service manager and then as a sales executive. Previous positions were held with an international hotel company with over 350 hotels around the world for over 11 years. During the past year, Diego was responsible for LATAM, Europe & Asia at Fiesta America Grand Coral Beach Cancun Resort & SPA in Cancun. Currently, he is now part of Posadas International Group Sales Team for LATAM, Europe & Asia markets.
Ashley recently joined the Posadas family as one of the new Executive Meetings Managers, covering the Western Region. Prior to joining the team, Ashley spent two and a half years working in Group Hotel Services at the Venetian | Palazzo in Las Vegas. Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge in both hotel operations and conference services to the team.
Elissa Smith is the new Executive Meetings Manager for the Eastern Region of the United States, specializing in small groups. In this role she is dedicated to providing paramount service to all partners, with a keen sense of detail, organization, and excellence from start to finish. She began her career at Cvent with a focus on several key hotelier partnerships; ranging from the Account Executive for Hilton Hotels to the Account Manager for all properties/chains/brands in the Latin American & Caribbean Markets.
Marian Gardiner has twenty-four years in the meetings and incentive industry representing the Insurance/Financial market segment. She has been the Insurance Specialist with Posadas Hotels for the last seventeen years. She is an active member of both FICP and LIMRA Associations.
Gladys has more than 16 years of progressive experience in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments. Her extensive international business experience in multi-cultural environments and highly effective interpersonal skills with clients, managers, and colleagues have enabled her to successfully contribute in a variety of roles from organizational support to account management. Ms. Calderon brings over 12 years of continuous experience in the hospitality industry. She previously worked at Club Med as a Business Sales Coordinator handling corporate, social and incentive groups worldwide.
As a proud native of Buffalo, New York, I attended the State University College at Buffalo. Shortly after graduation, I moved to Orlando, Florida to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. After a brief time in the educational field, I moved into a sales role with the Omni Rosen Hotel. After several promotions within Rosen Hotels, I continued my progression up the hospitality industry ladder with senior leadership roles with The Walt Disney World Resort and Hilton Hotels, both located in Orlando, Florida.
After 13 successful years in Orlando, I decided to take on new endeavors and accepted a leadership role with the world’s largest resort, The Venetian and Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada as the Regional Director of Sales. The experience and knowledge gained in this sales and marketing leadership role led to my current position as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Fiesta Americana Hotels & Resorts/Posadas, a leading Latin American Hotel Company. In this current position, I oversee all group sales & marketing efforts for multiple luxurious hotels and resorts throughout Mexico featuring the brands of Fiesta Americana, Grand Fiesta Americana and Live Aqua Hotels & Resorts. Currently residing in Peoria, Arizona and active with many industry boards and forward thinking hospitality initiatives.
Lina has over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry working on sales and customer services. She started her carrier in as Group Sales Executive at Hoteles Mision, a Mexican hotel company. Her passion for the tourism industry lead her to work for different international hotel chains such as Hilton Hotels and Accor Hotels to finally join Posadas 10 years ago as an account executive. Two years later, she was given the opportunity to lead the International Group Desk team and ever since then she has worked with the international sales team for which she has a great passion.
Tania started her career in Sales & Marketing for Royal Holiday in Cancun, QRoo. After Hurricane Wilma, Tania returned to Mexico City and as part of a seminar, studied Groups & Conventions at CESSA University. At this time, she became a part of Grupo Posadas, joining the company as a Group Desk Account Executive. After a few years of gaining experience within the International Market, she became the International Sales Manager for Europe, Asia & South America. Tania, with extended experience, is joining the Fiesta Americana Grand Meetings Mexico team as a Group Desk Account Executive. Tania´s career path has allowed skill growth in customer service, client relationship management and sales. Her previous successes within the company will assist all as we work to continue to provide excellent service.
Montserrat or "Montse" as we all call her; has been in the hotel industry for over 10 years in which she has gained experience in Sales in 3 different hotel chains in Mexico including individual and Group Sales, and also have worked with National and International Market. Montse has been in the Posadas family for over 6 years now, she has worked with several of the Regional Directors of Sales from different markets.
Lourdes has a wide trajectory and expertise on sales, planning and coordination of events, groups and conventions. Her successful career began as Wedding Planner in Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto and later at Melia Cabo Real. She continued her professional development joining POSADAS in 2014 as International Group Sales Coordinator at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos Golf & Spa and one year later moved to the Corporate Offices as Group Sales Account Executive in the International Group Desk.
Adela has over 15 years of continuous experience in Tourism industry, she started her professional carrier as Meeting Planner in some the most important agencies in México such as Corporate Travel Services, American Express México and Profesionales en Convenciones. She joined Posadas in May 2011. Her vast experience with national and Latin-American groups market has been a great asset for the company.
Tabatha has eight years of experience in the company offering outstanding service to diverse clients. With a lifelong passion for enhance costumer experience, she joined Posadas team in 2008. She worked for 4 years as conference services manager at our hotels Fiesta Inn and Fiesta Americana in Guadalajara, then she decided to move to Mexico City and worked for 2 years as account executive for national sales in our corporate offices. Due to her great experience working with groups, Tabs was invited to join the international sales team two year ago.
